Abstract

University social responsibility (USR) and corporate ethics have become central topics in academic and business debates due to their relevance in the formation of responsible citizens and in the promotion of sustainable business practices. This article aims to carry out a bibliographic review that explores the interrelation between both concepts, highlighting their theoretical bases, practical application and their impact in the global context. Academic sources and empirical studies published in the last decade are examined. The findings highlight the need to strengthen alliances between universities and the corporate sector to promote sustainable development.
