Analysis of satisfaction and quality level of university virtual education at the New Light International University

Abstract

This research is presented whose topic was: analysis of satisfaction and level of quality of university virtual education at the Nueva Luz International University. David Chiriquí, Panama. 2023. A quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional study was carried out on 159 students from the Nueva Luz International University. David Chiriquí, in order to evaluate the degree of satisfaction and level of quality of university virtual education at the Nueva Luz International University in David Chiriquí, Panama. One of the main results to highlight is that more than 90% of the students rated themselves totally satisfied-satisfied, with more than 70% being totally satisfied and more than 20% being satisfied, this being a positive and high assessment in relation to the satisfaction of the quality of virtual education that students at this university receive. It is concluded and affirmed that the proposed hypothesis, the degree of satisfaction and the level of quality is significantly effective in the process of virtual university education at the UINL.
